Vino Village Launch Giveaway: Terms and Conditions

1. Organizer. The Vino Village Launch Giveaway (the "Giveaway") is run by Uncommon Apps Pte Ltd (UEN 202634626H), 111 North Bridge Road, #16-03, Peninsula Plaza, Singapore ("Vino Village", "we", "us").

2. Giveaway period. 16 October 2026, 00:00 SGT to 30 November 2026, 23:59 SGT.

3. Who can take part. Singapore residents aged 18 or above with a registered Vino Village account. Employees of Uncommon Apps Pte Ltd and Pop Up Wine, their immediate families, and anyone involved in running the Giveaway cannot take part.

4. How to enter. No purchase or subscription is needed. To qualify, you must reach the "Grand Sommelier" level in the app during the Giveaway period. To get there, you need to: (a) meet all 23 characters and pass each character's quiz (70% or more correct); (b) take review quizzes, which mix questions on all the characters you have met, and score well on them; and (c) build your Sommelier Score to 950 or above (out of 1,000). Your Sommelier Score grows with the characters you complete, how well you do in review quizzes and how recently you have practiced, and it fades if you stop playing for a while. Qualifying users are entered automatically into a lucky draw.

5. Progress made earlier. Progress made before 16 October 2026 counts. You qualify if you reach, or still hold, the "Grand Sommelier" level at any point during the Giveaway period. Reaching it once is enough.

6. One entry per person. Each person can win once, however many accounts they hold. Duplicate or fake accounts, automated play or any attempt to manipulate scores will disqualify the entry.

7. Prizes. Three winners will each receive one Burgundy & Co Tribe Wine Box, supplied and delivered by our licensed retail partner Pop Up Wine, with a regular retail value of S$341. Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred. If the box is unavailable, we may substitute a prize of equal or greater value.

8. Draw. Winners will be picked at random from all qualifying entries by 7 December 2026. Our app records of each user's progress are final, and we will keep records of the draw for five years.

9. Winner notification. We will email winners at the email address they used to sign up for their Vino Village account by 7 December 2026. Winners must reply within 7 days with their full name, a Singapore delivery address and confirmation that they are 18 or above. Before we send the prize, winners must show proof of age and Singapore residency, such as their NRIC, passport or work pass. We will only view the document and will not keep a copy. If a winner does not reply in time, is not eligible or does not accept these terms, we will draw a replacement.

10. Delivery. Vino Village will order each prize from Pop Up Wine, which will deliver it to the winner's Singapore address at no cost to the winner. The person receiving the delivery must be 18 or above and may be asked for ID.

11. Winner announcement. Winners' first names will be announced on Vino Village's social channels.

12. Video testimonial. As a condition of accepting the prize, each winner agrees to record a short video (about 30 to 60 seconds) sharing their honest experience of Vino Village within 14 days of receiving the prize. We will send simple guidelines. Each winner grants Uncommon Apps Pte Ltd a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, edit and publish the video, together with their first name, on Vino Village's social channels. When we publish a testimonial, we will make clear it comes from a lucky draw winner.

13. Personal data. We will use winners' personal data only to run the Giveaway, deliver prizes, announce winners and publish testimonials as set out above, in line with our Privacy Policy. We will share delivery details with Pop Up Wine only to deliver the prize.

14. Changes. We may change, suspend or end the Giveaway if circumstances beyond our control require it, and will post any change on this page. Our decisions on all matters relating to the Giveaway are final.

15. Platforms. The Giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by Instagram, TikTok, Meta or any other platform.

16. Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore.
